Senior Appeals Representative

A company is looking for a Sr. Appeals Representative responsible for monitoring workflow trends and supporting the denials and appeals process. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze rejection reports to identify problematic areas and ensure proper invoice processing Provide training and quality assurance for new employees while assisting the team in meeting monthly metrics and goals Communicate progress on projects and assignments to management and assist with special projects as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience with a focus on research and claim denials Thorough knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures General knowledge of ICD and CPT coding Computer literate with a working knowledge of Excel
