Job Description
Senior Architect - Role Overview Our client is building an AI co-pilot for the AEC industry - automating code compliance, structuring firm knowledge, and performing real-time QA/QC across complex building projects. As a Senior Architect, you'll operate at the intersection of architecture, AI, and product-bringing real-world expertise into the systems we're building. This is not a traditional architecture role. You'll work directly with our AI systems, review QA/QC drawing set results, shape code compliance logic, and collaborate with engineering and design to translate architectural workflows into scalable software. You'll also partner closely with customers-guiding adoption, gathering feedback, and helping shape the product through real-world use. What You'll Work On Build and refine AI agents for QA/QC and code compliance Define how systems reason across drawings, codes, and specs Structure architectural knowledge into scalable systems Improve model performance through expert feedback loops Lead sales conversations, demos, and pilots with architecture firms as the domain expert Own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success-turning new customers into power users Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts: renewals, expansion, and issue resolution Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional architecture experience Licensed Architect Strong experience as a Project Architect running projects independently Deep expertise in construction documentation (DD/CD phases) Expert knowledge of building codes Strong BIM experience (Revit required) Preferred Qualifications Additional state licenses LEED accreditation Construction Administration experience Experience with complex building types (multifamily, office, healthcare, etc.) Interest in technology and improving architectural workflows Ideal Candidate Experienced architects who understand how buildings are actually designed and documented. You have strong technical judgment, high ownership, and attention to detail. You're excited about applying technology to transform the industry and are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
