Job Description As a support analyst you will be responsible for handling Allvue & Private Capital Suite inquiries submitted by our internal teams and eventually our clients. Troubleshooting problems with the software application, providing product support and researching issues. What you'll do You'll handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including user setup, management, and investor or contact tracking, while ensuring SOC controls and documentation are maintained. You'll manage deliverables such as support tickets, vendor issues, project planning, training materials, control logs, and data integrity checks to keep operations running smoothly. You'll take on centralized tasks like static data uploads, onboarding new domains, and expanding industry knowledge, while developing technical expertise in tools like Microsoft Report Builder, Tableau, and Power BI. You'll gradually transition from internal responsibilities to client-facing task
