Senior Associate, Asset Management Location: Hybrid, Austin / U.S. Based Industry: Student Housing / Institutional Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time Our client, a national owner and operator of student housing backed by institutional capital, is hiring a Senior Associate to support asset‑level strategy, financial performance, and NOI growth across a diversified portfolio. What You’ll Do Support execution of asset‑level business plans and value‑add initiatives Analyze property financials, budgets, forecasts, and variances Identify revenue and expense optimization opportunities Build financial models and performance reports Conduct market research and competitive analyses Partner cross‑functionally with operations and corporate teams Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and capital planning What We’re Looking For 4–6 years of experience in asset management or real estate finance Residential real estate experience; student housing a plus Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple assets Why This Role Direct exposure to senior leadership Institutional platform with growth opportunities
