Our advisors help our clients with identifying and prioritizing risk and leveraging process and controls to reduce risk exposure. RSM’s Health Care Risk Consulting Group performs process improvement projects, internal audits and risk assessments intended to provide our clients with meaningful information on operations and methods to mitigate potential risks across Clinical, Financial, Operational, IT and Regulatory risk domains.
