Who you are The right person is a strategic thinker with a strong bias toward execution: someone who takes a brief, asks the right questions, delivers executive-quality output with minimal hand-holding, and knows how to work effectively across every level of the organization building trust, bringing people along, and pushing back constructively when the work calls for it 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy & Operations, consulting, investment banking, or a comparable fast-moving environment Bachelor's degree in a related field A structured thinker equally comfortable zooming out to shape strategy and zooming in to execute consistently turning messy inputs into clean, actionable outputs High learning velocity: rapidly learns new domains, tools, and contexts quickly by asking the right questions Highly analytical and comfortable working with data able to surface the "so what" and translate findings into clear recommendations Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership: comfortable with ambiguity, manages multiple workstreams independently, and closes the loop without being asked Exceptionally detail oriented: unwilling to let work drop through the cracks Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships, produce polished executive-facing deliverables, and work effectively across all levels of seniority — including pushing back constructively when the work calls for it Highly comfortable with technology and picking up new tools quickly — including AI tools as a core part of day-to-day workflow This is a hybrid opportunity based in New York, NY Other Duties as assigned What the job involves We're seeking a proactive, highly organized Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives to serve as the operational backbone of our critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful delivery against our most important company priorities . You will work in the Chief of Staff office to the CEO, reporting to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and serve to optimize our operational processes and drive strategic initiatives You will own defined, high priority workstreams end-to-end, spanning go-to-market execution, executive communications, product and engineering partnership, and operational systems You will interface regularly with senior leadership and operate across both our care team and operations orgs and our product and engineering orgs Corporate Strategy & Planning: Support the translation of company strategy — translating direction into actionable goals and OKRs, and conducting competitive intelligence and market research that keep strategy grounded in reality Initiative Ownership: Own the end-to-end management of complex operational programs in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, from defining scope, objectives, and timelines through execution and post-launch optimization.
