Job Description
Capital One, a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation’s top 10 banks, offers a broad spectrum of financial products and services to consumers, small businesses and commercial clients. Our goal is to create one of the nation’s great banks, and we have the necessary ingredients: a strong balance sheet, resilient businesses, a massive customer franchise, strong analytical capabilities, and great people. We nurture a work environment where people with a variety of thoughts, ideas and backgrounds, guided by our shared Values, come together to make Capital One a great company – and a great place to work. As a Senior Associate on the HR Digital Product Operations team, you will drive operational excellence for our new enterprise Talent and Performance Management platform, specifically steering a complex enterprise global rollout. You will sit at the intersection of product vision and operational execution, ensuring that our scaling efforts are well-managed and anchored by a continuous, user-centric feedback loop. While classified as a Project Manager, your primary focus will be Product Operations: standardizing processes, leading operational testing, and managing the support ecosystem to ensure a 'unified, well-managed experience' for all associates. Key Responsibilities: Operational Readiness & Scaling: Design and manage the end-to-end "repeatable pilot process" for new platform capabilities. Partner with HRBPs and Enterprise partners to define pilot populations, track success metrics, and ensure the platform remains an "audit-ready" environment. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead: Lead the operational testing lifecycle for monthly releases and major cycle launches. You will coordinate with cross-functional testers to validate that business logic (e.g., role-based access and delegation) performs as intended before reaching the broader associate population. Advanced Support & Ticket Orchestration: Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex operational "tickets" (e.g., data reconciliation issues between the platform and Workday, accidental submission reversals). You will not just resolve tickets but analyze "support volume trends" to identify and prioritize product fixes or training gaps. Stakeholder & Risk Management: Maintain the team’s RAID trackers and risk registers. You will proactively identify operational bottlenecks in the performance cycle and partner with technical teams to ensure automated data shares and system integrations are functioning correctly. Basic Qualifications: At least 2 years of Project Management or Product Operations experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience At least 3 years of experience in Product Operations, HR Technology, or Tech Implementations Proven experience in UAT coordination and managing operational support queues Strong analytical skills with experience in data reconciliation At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
