Senior Bank Debt Operations

Company Overview: A global alternative investment management firm is recognized for its multi-strategy investment approach across various asset classes and geographies. The firm is seeking a professional to join their team to manage bank debt and leveraged loans operations. Job Responsibilities: Ensure all aspects of bank debt/leveraged loans operations are completed, and transactions are processed on time Oversight of bank loans' life cycle events, including Paydown/Drawdown, Interest rate resets, PIK interest calculations, Delayed Comp accruals/calculations & Trade settlements Interpret credit agreements and related documentation Work across teams to resolve queries and issues Create new procedures, workflows, and build controls Assist in testing and implementation of systems and system improvements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics 7+ years of direct experience with exposure to Distressed loans Knowledge of LSTA/LMA standard docs, and exposure to EUR Loans Knowledge of SS&C Geneva and Murex preferred; exposure to the Wall Street Office and ClearPar Bloomberg knowledge required; TRS products knowledge is a plus Strong understanding of accounting principles related to Bank Debt transactions Compensation: Salary: $150,000 – $175,000, Plus Bonus The post Senior Bank Debt Operations appeared first on Landing Point.
