Employer Industry: Life Sciences/Healthcare Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $184,200 Eligible for annual bonuses and long-term incentives Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work in a hybrid model with flexibility for remote work Collaborate with diverse teams across multiple countries and regions What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the development and delivery of automation, analytics, and AI solutions to enhance clinical trial operations Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and develop compelling business cases Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of country-level tools and solutions Develop analytics and reporting mechanisms to drive data-informed decision-making Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, company policies, and local regulations while managing change initiatives What Is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline, business analytics, computing science, engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data/analytics, process improvement, or technology-enabled transformation within life sciences/healthcare Proven track record of designing and delivering automation/analytics/AI-enabled solutions Strong experience in business process modeling and project management within a matrix environment Proficient in data literacy and analytics with hands-on experience using BI tools and SQL How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working across multiple countries or regional programs Familiarity with clinical trial processes and operational metrics Exposure to integrations with IT/data science teams and vendor coordination Understanding of compliance/regulatory requirements related to ICH GCP Experience in change enablement and stakeholder engagement #Healthcare #Automation #Analytics #CareerOpportunity #HybridWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
