Job Description
Senior Business Development Coordinator Dugas & Circelli, PLLC - Houston, Texas We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Coordinator to support our Real Estate Transactions Practice Group in Texas. This is a high-impact role where you will play a key part in driving growth for our Dallas and Houston offices You'll work closely with partners at the Firm and the business development team to execute targeted marketing, proposals, and client engagement strategies, in a nation-wide law firm environment. Responsibilities Business Development Support the Real Estate Transactions Practice Group in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing cross-selling strategies, and strengthening client relationships. Marketing Create, update, and maintain materials, practice descriptions, and content specific to the Real Estate group. Proposals Collaborate on the development of proposals and pitches. Events & Sponsorships Attend, plan and coordinate Real Estate-focused seminars, client events, receptions, and industry sponsorships. Manage timelines, communications and follow-up. Brand and Project Management Maintain consistent Real Estate practice branding and support projects aligned with the Practice Group leader's objectives. Additional Support Provide proactive assistance on business development activities to the Real Estate Transactions Practice Group leader and the rest of the practice group. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience. Prior real estate experience (law or other related professional services). Marketing or business development experience, ideally supporting senior professionals or a practice group. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Self-motivated and service-oriented with the ability to work independently. Flexibility to travel and support events as necessary.
