Senior Business Development Manager (Restoration Industry) Location: North Houston, TX (Territories include The Woodlands, Tomball, Spring, Cypress, Jersey Village, Humble, The Heights, Galleria, River Oaks, and surrounding areas) Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site About The Role We are looking for a top-performing Restoration Sales professional with an existing book of business and referral network. You will be the engine of our North Houston growth, generating immediate revenue from Day 1 and building the foundation for our regional sales team. This is not an entry-level role-we need someone who is already the "first call" when a property floods, a roof leaks, or a pipe bursts. Primary Responsibilities - Revenue Activation Activate your existing book of business with Plumbers, HVAC Techs, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters, Roofers, and Realtors. Maintain and actively manage Top 20 referral partners who have sent jobs within the last 90 days. Conduct 12-15 meaningful in-person interactions daily (job site visits, coffees, strategic meetings). Own the lead-to-job conversion, ensuring jobs move smoothly from referral to completion. Generate 10+ new leads per week, regardless of seasonality. Secondary Responsibilities - Sales Infrastructure & Strategy Develop a Sales Playbook: Document scripts, territory maps, and strategies for repeatable success. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive recurring and commercial job volume. Over time, hire, train, and mentor new Business Development Representatives as the team grows. Key Requirements Proven Restoration Sales Experience: 3+ years in restoration/property services, with verifiable results. Existing Houston Network: Must have an active Rolodex of referral partners that can send jobs immediately. CRM Discipline: 100% accurate tracking of leads, referrals, and interactions. Self-Starter & Startup Mindset: Comfortable working autonomously in a small, growing company. Flexible & Hands-On: Early mornings on job sites, evenings for networking events. Territory Knowledge: Must know and own specific areas in North Houston. Bonus Skills Experience with Xactimate TPA program management (job intake, compliance, documentation) Hands-on mitigation experience (water, mold, fire, storm) KPIs / Metrics 12-15 in-person touches per day with referral sources Maintain 20-25 active referral accounts 100% CRM compliance 10 leads per week Weekly pipeline updates & monthly revenue forecasts Benefits Vehicle Allowance: $400/month 401(k) (eligible after 1 year) Paid Time Off & Professional Development Assistance Health insurance and additional benefits as we grow
