We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Director who can lead cross-functional operational initiatives and drive organizational performance at scale. This is not a back-office management role. You will help shape company-wide operational strategy, improve business efficiency, and partner directly with executive leadership to support expansion initiatives and long-term planning. You will oversee multiple operational functions, mentor high-performing teams, and ensure that business processes remain scalable, measurable, and aligned with company objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Strategy Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, profitability, and overall organizational performance. Cross Functional Leadership Lead collaboration between operations, finance, human resources, client services, and analytics teams to ensure alignment across departments. Process Optimization Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements that enhance productivity, reduce operational bottlenecks, and support business growth. Performance Management Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and operational dashboards to monitor company performance and support executive decision-making. Team Leadership Manage and mentor department managers and senior operational staff while building a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Business Planning Support executive leadership with forecasting, resource planning, budgeting initiatives, and long-term operational planning. Risk and Compliance Ensure operational procedures remain compliant with company standards, internal controls, and business policies. What We Are Looking ForExperience 8+ years of experience in business operations, operational leadership, or corporate strategy roles, with at least 3 years managing multi-functional teams at a senior level. Leadership Skills Strong experience leading large operational initiatives, driving organizational change, and managing high-performing professional teams. Analytical Mindset Comfortable working with operational metrics, reporting systems, business intelligence platforms, and performance analytics. Communication Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present operational strategies to senior leadership and business partners. Organizational Skills Highly organized with strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
