Senior Business Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to optimize business workflows and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Implement and administer the go-to-market tech stack, including Salesforce and other industry-standard products Influence business technology strategy and drive the utilization of AI tools within the Revenue organization Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and create training programs for the GTM team Qualifications 6+ years of experience in sales/revenue/business operations, Salesforce administration, or project management Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, administration, and reporting Advanced proficiency with leveraging AI in revenue context analysis and systems development Experience mentoring teammates and acting as a player-coach Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B software environment is preferred
