The role serves as a central coordinator between contractors, internal project teams, and external tax consultants to ensure required documentation is tracked, verified, and submitted in compliance with IRS guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Communicate ITC documentation requirements to contractors, project managers, and design consultants, clearly outlining expectations and required tracking methods Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation collection plan for each major energy property project to support federal geothermal ITC compliance Track contractor and consultant progress in providing required prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content documentation Review incoming documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission to the tax consultant team for evaluation Coordinate regular status updates with contractors, project managers, and external tax consultants to identify gaps, missing documentation, and needed corrections Maintain an organized system for storing, cataloging, and retrieving all compliance-related documentation across approximately 10 major energy properties Assist contractors in understanding and implementing the proper tracking and reporting methods for prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements Work with internal project managers to ensure documentation workflows align with construction schedules and project milestones Compile and prepare, in cooperation with the University's tax consultant, complete documentation packages for each
