Senior Care Advisor – Relationship Sales & Business Development Pay: $80,000–$90,000+ per year Compensation: 100% commission with generous commission split — no earnings cap. Position Overview As a Senior Care Advisor, you will play a critical role in developing referral partnerships, generating leads, guiding families through the placement process, and helping seniors find the right care solutions. This role combines relationship-based sales, community networking, and consultative advising with strong accountability and performance tracking. We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about serving seniors and families Motivated by goals, growth, and relationship building Comfortable tracking KPIs, sales numbers, and weekly activity reports Organized, proactive, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively Confident networking with healthcare professionals and community partners This position is based in Loudoun, VA and requires travel throughout Frederick, MD, Loudoun County, VA, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, social workers, case managers, rehab centers, physicians, and community partners Generate leads through networking, presentations, community outreach, and relationship-building efforts Track weekly sales activity, referral sources, tours, placements, conversion ratios, and pipeline metrics Complete weekly reporting and maintain accurate CRM documentation Meet with seniors and families to assess care needs, preferences, and financial considerations Educate families on senior living, home care, assisted living, memory care, and other senior care solutions Coordinate and conduct community tours (virtual or in person) Guide families through the decision-making and move-in process Maintain strong relationships with senior living and care provider partners Qualifications Proven success in relationship-based sales, business development, or networking Experience in senior care, healthcare, home health, home care, assisted living, or related industries preferred Strong organizational and follow-through skills Comfortable with CRM systems, sales tracking, reporting, and accountability metrics Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, Psychology, or related field preferred Skills & Traits Dynamic, driven, and relationship focused Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for helping seniors and families Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to track and improve performance metrics Empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Ability to balance compassion with strong business development skills
