Throughout your tenure, you will be focused on mastering project oversight and moving into team leadership. Successful Sr. CTLs lead their teammates to design and execute against complex analysis plans, while managing the strategic alignment of a project. They manage internal project scope, resources, and potential risk to successfully address their client's needs and support the project's objectives. While we focus on the life sciences industry, you will learn business & strategy foundations that can be applied broadly throughout your career.
