Job Title: Senior Chemist Location: On-site / Hybrid (flexible based on candidate) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits (based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Chemist to lead advanced research, formulation, and analytical initiatives within a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment. This individual will play a critical role in developing and optimizing chemical products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Lead formulation development, testing, and optimization of chemical products Design and execute experiments to support R&D initiatives and product innovation Oversee analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and other instrumentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality systems Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and regulatory teams Troubleshoot complex chemical and process-related issues Mentor junior chemists and lab technicians Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and SOPs Support scale-up processes from lab to production Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred) 5–10+ years of relevant industry experience Strong background in formulation chemistry and analytical methods Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO) Proven ability to lead projects and drive results independently Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication and leadership capabilities Preferred Experience Experience in specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cannabis/hemp, or consumer products Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory submissions Prior experience scaling formulations from R&D to commercial production Why Apply High-impact role with visibility across the organization Opportunity to lead cutting-edge product development initiatives Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong growth potential If you're a driven chemist looking to take ownership of complex projects and help shape innovative products, we encourage you to apply.
