Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and support the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in civil engineering design, particularly in stormwater management systems, and experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial development projects. This role involves developing engineering solutions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and review detailed civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for various infrastructure and development projects. Plan, design, and implement effective stormwater management systems, including drainage analysis and design. Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from initial planning through design, construction, and completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure all designs and project activities comply with relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments for proposed projects. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Identify engineering challenges and develop practical, cost-effective solutions. Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations for clients and management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. 5+ years of strong proficiency in civil engineering design. Demonstrated Design and Implementation experience in stormwater management. Experience in Managing commercial, residential, or industrial projects. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
