We are currently searching for an experienced, highly organized Lead Wealth Service Associate to step into a pivotal role. Acting as the operational right-hand to the Lead Advisor, you will drive client success, streamline back-office operations, and ensure the highest standard of care is delivered at every touchpoint. Core Responsibilities Advisor Support & Strategic Triage: Act as the primary gatekeeper and organizational force for the Lead Advisor. Effectively manage complex calendars, screen incoming tasks, and direct the advisor’s focus to high-value activities. Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted, warm, and responsive point of contact for high-priority client requests. Approach every interaction with a solutions-oriented mindset and a dedication to exceeding expectations. Meeting Logistics & Execution: Orchestrate all pre- and post-meeting workflows. This includes meticulous preparation of deliverables, capturing highly accurate meeting notes, and ensuring all follow-up action items are executed seamlessly. Workflow Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in daily operations, anticipate the needs of the advisory team, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You Bring to the Table Experience: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience within the financial services or wealth management sector, including at least 3-5 years in a direct, client-facing support capacity. College coursework or a degree is preferred but not required. Exceptional Precision: You possess an innate attention to detail and organizational traits that allow you to juggle multiple priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks. Team-First Mentality: You maintain a highly positive attitude and a hands-on, "no task is beneath me" approach.
