The successful candidate will be a key player in supporting the sales team by reviewing and negotiating customer agreements, with a focus on revenue-generating activities in the Americas and APAC. This role requires the ability to lead complex cross-border transactions, monitor and advise on regulatory and compliance matters, and provide training and support to ensure the company's legal processes are in line with its growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, at least 7 years' of experience, and a proven track record in drafting and negotiating commercial software and SaaS agreements.
