Job Opportunity: Senior Companion & Assistant (CNA Preferred) We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and attentive individual to join our team as a Senior Companion . This role is dedicated to providing high-quality companionship and essential daily support to seniors, ensuring they remain active, engaged, and well-cared for. The ideal candidate is someone who balances a warm, personable nature with a high level of professional discipline, particularly regarding scheduling and communication. Key Responsibilities Transportation & Logistics: Provide safe transportation for clients to and from medical appointments, social engagements, and errands. Engagement & Entertainment: Foster a vibrant environment through shared activities such as walking, reading aloud, and accompanying clients on shopping trips. Personal Care Support: Assist with routines, including helping clients get dressed and providing gentle assistance with personal hygiene, such as hair washing. Attentive Companionship: Maintain a high level of focus on the client’s well-being, preferences, and safety at all times. Schedule Management: Ensure strict adherence to appointment times and daily schedules through excellent time management skills. Daily Reporting: Provide detailed daily updates to management regarding client activities, well-being, and any notable changes to ensure families stay fully informed. Qualifications & Requirements Certification: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license preferred. Reliability: Must have a proven track record of punctuality and the ability to manage a precise schedule. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective internal reporting and client interaction. Patience & Empathy: A genuine desire to work with the senior community and a deep understanding of their unique needs.
