Hybrid – Green Bay, WI We’re hiring a senior compensation leader to own strategy, lead a team, and partner closely with executives to shape how performance is rewarded across the organization. Responsibilities Lead compensation strategy across base, bonus, and incentives Run annual comp cycles (merit, promo, bonus) Advise leadership on pay decisions, market trends, and equity Own Workday Compensation (config, enhancements, reporting) Partner with Finance + HR on budgets, analytics, and workforce planning Experience 8+ years in Compensation / Total Rewards Strong analytical + business acumen Experience with Workday Compensation Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders Prior leadership experience Benefits High visibility, strategic role Strong benefits + 401(k) match Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) Relocation support available
