Senior Configuration/Change Enablement Specialist Location: Remote - Available across U.S. and Puerto Rico Clearance Level: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II); Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC) Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required Summary We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as Senior Configuration/Change Enablement Specialist to lead and mature configuration management strategies across a complex federal IT environment. This position provides subject matter expertise in CM policy, CI lifecycle oversight, change governance, and audit management in support of enterprise-scale operations within the Defense Health Agency. Key Responsibilities Develop and institutionalize enterprise CM policies, plans, procedures, and templates. Lead CM audits and define corrective action strategies to address discrepancies. Serve as SME for Infrastructure CM, working with asset, cybersecurity, and KM teams. Identify and manage infrastructure CI relationships, baselines, and traceability. Maintain CI attributes, dependency mapping, and relationship records in CMDB. Analyze change ticket data to create dashboards and executive briefings. Review foundational CM documents (CM Plans, SOPs, Charters) for accuracy and completeness. Facilitate CAB meetings and document outcomes, agendas, and action items. Mentor and train junior CM staff and stakeholders on policy, process, and reporting.
