Senior Construction Accountant, ONLY 1 day/week in office

LHH is looking to fill a Senior Construction Accountant position with a large privately held construction company in the Dallas area. This position has been created due to company growth and will be groomed for progression by the Controller. The company is a trusted business partner in the construction industry. This position pays 100K-110K+Bonus and will work in-office 1 day per week and 4 days work from home. Responsibilities include · Experience working with Job cost variance analysis and experience with Pay Applications and WIP · Participate in the month end close process · Financial statement preparation and analysis · General ledger account reconciliation · Assist with budgeting and forecasting · Create system reports for upper management Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance · 5+ years of accounting experience; preferably in construction or related industry · Familiar with percentage of completion revenue recognition would be a plus · Strong Excel skills · Sage 100 or job costing system experience preferred · Possess management and leadership skills and experience If you are interested in this job or other Accounting and Finance career opportunities from LHH Recruitment Solutions please email Rami Muhanna at rami.muhanna@lhh.com or visit our website at www.lhh.com
