Senior Construction Project Manager Location: Holmdel, NJ (Onsite) Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Length: 24 months Pay rate: $67/hr About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager III to lead a major renovation project in Holmdel, NJ . This person will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate contractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and help keep the project on schedule and within scope. Key Responsibilities Manage onsite construction activities for contractors and subcontractors Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality of work Lead daily safety meetings and enforce site safety requirements Review project documents such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules Communicate updates with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders Track risks, resolve field issues, and help prevent delays Support project closeout, punch lists, and commissioning activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering 7+ years of construction or project management experience Strong experience managing renovation or large construction projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project and AutoCAD are a plus PMP certification preferred Why Apply?
