Senior Construction Superintendent

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSevan is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead commercial and government construction projects across the U.S. You’ll lead all on-site construction activities owning execution, safety, schedule, and quality while serving as the primary field leader and client point of contact. If you’re a hands-on field leader who can drive schedule, manage trades, and run complex jobs from start to finish, this is a high-impact role with national visibility. Travel: 90%-100% to project locations across the US. Initial project location targeted for Colorado Springs, CO. What You’ll Do Lead field operations from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, crews, and daily jobsite activity Drive schedule performance and run look-ahead meetings Enforce safety standards (OSHA, JHAs, toolbox talks) Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and trade coordination Execute quality control, inspections, and punch list Lead OAC meetings and client communication Maintain daily reports, RFIs, and field documentation What You Bring Lead field operations from mobilization through closeout Maintain daily field control of subcontractors, site access, logistics, and sequencing Drive look-ahead schedules and overall schedule performance Enforce safety standards (OSHA, JHAs, toolbox talks) Oversee inspections, QA/QC, and quality execution Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and trade flow Lead OAC meetings and owner/client communication Maintain daily reports, RFIs, and field documentation Federal / DoD or secure-site commercial projects Experience with site access control systems (e.g., DBIDS) Procore required Compensation & Benefits $120,000 – $140,000 annual salary based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. 401(k) with match Medical, dental, vision, life, disability Flexible PTO + paid holidays About Sevan Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is a veteran-owned firm delivering construction, program management, real estate development, and A/E services across the U.S. We work on national construction programs for brands including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Walmart and more. 12 consecutive years as a Great Place to Work® ENR-ranked Program & Construction Management firm Named one of America’s Safest Companies (2025) Platinum HIRE Vets Medallion Award (2025) Work Conditions & Travel: This is an on-site role at the location of the project(s) and requires 90-100% travel for extended periods in various geographic areas and demographic areas.
