About The Role We are looking for trade compliance professionals with 4 years of experience to independently manage project tasks involving customs compliance, tariff classification, valuation, duty mitigation, FTZs, and sourcing regulations such as Buy America/Buy American. Senior Consultants play a critical role in client project execution, analysis, and communications, with opportunities to contribute to program development and knowledge sharing. What You'll Do Lead execution of client project components and detailed compliance analyses Support investigations, audit responses, and regulatory inquiries under guidance Prepare client reports, presentations, and compliance documentation Assist in developing compliance programs and training materials Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff How You'll Grow We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. Basic Qualifications What You Will Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree 4 years of relevant trade compliance and customs experience This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices, as needed Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Licensed Customs Broker or relevant certifications preferred Familiarity with trade compliance software (e.g., SAP GTS, QAD, Thomson Reuters) Experience in regulated industries a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Total Wellbeing Our goal is to support the wellbeing of you and your families-physically, emotionally, and financially.
