Job Description Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our VA Critical Support Team within a mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with Operations, Support teams, and VA stakeholders to resolve complex, persistent issues impacting end users within live client environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) solutions, healthcare workflows, and the ability to operate independently in highly complex and regulated environments. You will be deployed to client sites to assess workflows, identify root causes, and drive resolution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Partner with Operations, Support teams, and VA stakeholders to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and workflow issues Deploy to live client sites to assess workflows, ensure adherence to approved processes, and drive resolution of critical issues Apply Oracle methodologies, leading practices, and industry expertise to design and implement effective business solutions Influence customer leadership to support adoption of solutions and facilitate resolution of persistent end-user challenges Contribute to statements of work (SOWs), work breakdown structures, and staffing plans Present and demonstrate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Lead or support solution design efforts, ensuring high-quality, integrated outcomes across systems Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Health solutions and relevant industry best practices Top skills or competencies to be successful:
