Who You Are & The Impact You Will Have: Senior Corporate Counsel (Real Estate) is a member of the legal team who reports to the Associate General Counsel, Director - Real Estate and supports the company's real estate activities and operations, such as acquisitions / dispositions, leasing, development, zoning and land use, entitlements, and other real estate development activities. This position maintains compliance with relevant contract policies and procedures and provides direct support to the company's acquisition and development team and business units. What You Will Do: Real Estate Matters: Support the legal aspects of the company's real estate activities, operations, and transactions. This includes the negotiation and drafting of various legal documents and agreements, including those pertaining to real estate purchase/sale agree
