We’re seeking a Senior Corporate Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to our corporate organization—and as a governance leader across the HRBP team. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide HR practices, strengthen compliance, and elevate the employee experience. Meaningful Employee Advocacy: Champion fairness, consistency, and inclusion while handling complex employee relations matters What You’ll Lead And Deliver Strategic HR Business Partnership Serve as the primary HR partner for a diverse corporate employee portfolio. Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, organizational planning, and team effectiveness. Lead complex employee relations cases with sound judgment and strong compliance discipline. Act as a trusted employee advocate, ensuring clear, fair, and legally sound outcomes. Review and approve corrective actions, terminations, personnel changes, and key employee documentation. HR Compliance & Risk Leadership Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of HR compliance controls. Partner with Legal and HR leadership to identify, mitigate, and escalate HR-related risks. Govern consistency and quality of corrective action documentation across the HRBP team. Ensure alignment with federal, state, and local regulations. Scalable Solutions & Enablement Create HR templates, tools, SOPs, and training resources that scale across teams. Drive continuous improvement and automation of HR processes. Serve as a subject‑matter resource for Leaves of Absence, ADA, return‑to‑work, and emerging HR compliance trends. Talent & Leadership Development Support performance reviews, development planning, and succession strategies. Reinforce leadership and management training with corporate leaders. Share best practices and elevate HR capability across the organization. Operational Excellence Conduct annual audits to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic personnel records. Who We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations, or related field. PHR or SPHR certification- required. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a multi‑state, multi‑location environment. Deep expertise in employee relations and employment law. Executive‑level communication, influence, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
