Senior Cost Accountant

Unistress Corp seeks a Senior Cost Accountant to lead cost accounting and job costing for precast construction projects within the Finance, Accounting & Administration team. This role owns standard costing, project/job cost tracking, variance analysis, and reporting that support pricing, bids, and profitability across our engineered concrete operations. Partnering closely with operations and project management, you’ll analyze labor, material, and overhead drivers, enhance inventory and WIP accounting, and strengthen internal controls. You’ll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement while supporting Unistress’s culture of safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
