Our General Counsel's Office (GCO) supports EY's business by serving as trusted advisors to the EY community and providing the highest quality legal services to EY's service lines and business enablement functions. The opportunity: As Senior Counsel for Technology and Managed Services, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of advice, counsel, and legal support in respect of EY's provision of managed services and other technology services and products to EY clients, with a particular focus on advising, drafting, updating and negotiating the legal terms and conditions of client-facing complex, multi-year managed services, outsourcing, systems implementation, application development & maintenance, software licenses and software-as-a-service agreements, artificial intelligence, big data, analytics, cloud computing, as well as providing legal advice and support to various other EY technology and product teams ("Technology & Managed Services Agreements"). You will be a part of EY's Technology and Managed Services legal group, will work closely with other GCO groups in the United States and other jurisdictions, and will be expected to manage contract reviews and negotiat
