Who you are Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Public Relations, Media, Communications, or closely related quantitative discipline and four (4) years of experience in any occupation in related field Special Skill Requirements: (1) Quantifiably optimize campaign performance; (2) Develop and implement brand positioning strategies; (3) Design and execute data-driven creative advertising campaigns; (4) Analytical & Strategic translation of data; (5) Agile Project Management; (6) Content Optimization Guidance; (7) Analyze KPIs to refine strategies; (8) Digital Advertising Technologies. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year bachelor’s degree What the job involves Job Duties: Build creative strategies, invent creative ad concepts and campaigns that balance the needs of our clients with the tastes of our audience. Write concept pitches, RFP responses and communications that embody Reddit's sensibilities with a focus on QSR and CPG business verticals. Help translate client value propositions into language and creative visuals that Redditors find appealing and actionable. Create deliverables in the form of narrative-driven presentations, white papers, and digital or IRL workshops that convey Reddit’s Business proposition creative success strategies in support of specific business goals. Act as a creative consultant and platform expert to Reddit's advertiser sales teams, with a concentration in QSR and CPG. Part-time telecommuting is an option.
