Jack Henry is seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server Database Administrator with a strong background in managing, securing, and optimizing enterprise SQL Server environments. Proven expertise in performance tuning, high availability and disaster recovery solutions, backup and recovery strategies, and capacity planning. Adept at supporting missioncritical systems, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, scalable database solutions. This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO; Louisville, K; Charlotte, NC. The salary range for this position is $97,800- $140,650 and will be determined based on location and experience level. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you'll be responsible for: Documents everything philosophy. Provide 24/7 support, alternating weekly schedule. Mentor less experienced DBA peers. Create and maintain standards and guidelines for database administrative tasks. Follow the PDLC. <
