SABG is hiring a full-time Senior Database, Programming, and Visualization Analyst to support USSTRATCOM operational, training, exercise, analytics, and data management activities. This position requires extensive experience in database design and development, application architecture, programming, web development, data analytics, and visualization activities. The Senior Database, Programming, and Visualization Analyst shall support development and maintenance of databases, applications, analytics tools, automation capabilities, and data visualization products supporting operational and mission requirements. The position requires experience supporting Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) data operations, Agile development activities, and database administration functions. This position is contingent upon contract award. JOB TITLE : Senior Database, Programming, and Visualization Analyst CLEARANCE : TS/SCI LOCATION : Offutt AFB, NE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE At a minimum, the ideal candidate will meet the following experience requirements (candidates that exceed these requirements are strongly preferred): Minimum 10 years of experience in database design and development including tables, indexes, triggers, and stored procedures. Minimum 3 years of application architecture experience and Windows/Internet Information Services (IIS) server administration experience. Minimum 7 years of development experience in JavaScript, C#, Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and other programming languages as required. Experience with front-end and back-end web development. Experience developing applications and automation tools using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Access. Minimum 3 years of database administrator experience. Minimum 3 years of experience leading or contributing to Agile teams including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Proven experience designing and managing databases supporting Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) operations including data preparation, data quality management, analytics support, and scalable Machine Learning deployment pipelines. Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, management information systems, statistics, applied mathematics, applied physics, or equivalent field required. SUPERVISION : This position may coordinate with Government personnel, database administrators, software developers, analysts, Agile development teams, and operational stakeholders in support of mission and operational activities. Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of database development and administration processes Knowledge of programming, scripting, and web development technologies Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and communication skills SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office Suite and standard operational planning and collaboration tools. JavaScript, C#, Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), database management systems, web development tools, analytics platforms, and standard collaboration tools. LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret operational guidance, exercise planning documents, operational orders, and Joint doctrine publications. Ability to write reports, briefing materials, and operational support documentation in support of exercise planning and execution activities. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply analytical and operational reasoning techniques in support of exercise planning and operational coordination activities. REASONING ABILITY : Ability to analyze operational requirements, support Joint exercise planning activities, and coordinate with multiple organizations in support of training objectives and operational requirements. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : Domestic temporary duty (TDY) travel may be required in support of planning conferences, meetings, and exercise activities. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS Must be U.S. citizen Final Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required Must comply with all USSTRATCOM and Department of Defense security requirements Must be able to work within classified operational environments and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
