The Job We’re looking for a Senior Designer to help shape brand storytelling across evo’s full channel ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of brand identity, art direction, and channel-spanning creative vision - designing work that not only looks great, but resonates deeply, scales across every touchpoint, and unmistakably reflects who we are. You’ll partner closely with Brand, Growth Marketing, and Copy to develop and lead creative across paid social, email, retail, digital, video, and emerging platforms - ensuring everything we make feels unmistakably us. This is a hands-on senior role for a designer who loves moving fast, iterating often, and using insights to make creative better - not just louder. While this role supports national and digital growth, we believe proximity to our core markets matters. Being close to our stores, communities, and outdoor environments helps inform more authentic, relevant creative - and enables occasional in-person collaboration when it counts. The Opportunity Design and contribute art direction and brand storytelling across evo’s full channel mix, including: Paid social and digital (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) Email, display, and programmatic Video and motion-based formats Translate brand strategy into compelling creative narratives that feel authentic, differentiated, and consistent across every channel Partner with Growth Marketing to plan and execute creative testing roadmaps Collaborate closely with copy to develop clear, compelling hooks, headlines, and CTAs Build and evolve modular creative systems that scale efficiently across channels and formats Balance short-term performance goals with long-term brand health Maintain high craft standards while working within fast production timelines Play a lead role in creative reviews - providing clear, constructive feedback and helping elevate the work of peers, junior designers, and production designers Contribute to creative strategy discussions and help define what great brand-led creative looks like across the entire organization Actively explore and apply AI tools to expand creative production capabilities - finding smart ways to move faster, prototype ideas, and increase output without compromising craft Requirements: The Must Haves 6–8+ years of design experience, with meaningful experience in brand storytelling, art direction, or multi-channel creative leadership A strong portfolio demonstrating: Brand campaigns and cross-channel digital creative Iterative creative thinking (not just one-off hero assets) A strong point of view on how design shapes brand perception and drives audience connection Deep understanding of digital ad formats, specs, and platform best practices Comfort designing for speed, scale, and experimentation Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills Experience collaborating with growth marketers and interpreting performance data Ability to balance brand consistency with creative testing Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion skills a plus Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments Embodies, honors, and lives our core values :The Great 8 The Nice to Haves Motion design or short-form video experience Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) Experience building modular or template-based creative systems Background in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands At evo, we are working to build and nurture a culture where equity, inclusivity, and compassion are inherent to how we operate and evolve.
