Role Overview The Senior Director, International Public Policy may be based in Brazil or Mexico and will support the development and execution of Lilly’s international public policy priorities across Latin America, with a primary focus on Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of International Public Policy, this role acts as a strategic partner and connector to affiliates, ensuring that global and regional policy positions are translated into practical, locally relevant policy strategies that enable access, protect innovation, and support business objectives. A core dimension of the role is hands‑on affiliate support, working closely with country teams to navigate complex policy environments, strengthen local policy capability, and ensure consistent, coordinated advocacy across priority markets. In addition, the role includes a significant international (IBU) component, dedicated to developing and advancing global policy guidance on key strategic topics such as AI, compounding, and insulin, and ensuring alignment and connectivity with IBU affiliate teams across markets.
