This role provides strategic leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include Leadership & Strategy Lead, develop, and sustain a high-performing, geographically dispersed organization of sales managers and professionals. Define and execute a multi-year Modernization sales strategy focused on growth, pricing discipline, and customer value. Foster a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric sales culture. Sales & Commercial Execution Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle including pipeline management, forecasting, proposal, and sales process execution. Ensure quota alignment, performance management, and adherence to the defined sales governance processes. Drive disciplined pricing, margin expansion, and profit assurance. Partner with Sales Operations on analytics, reporting, and incentive programs. Customer Experience Lead customer retention efforts and drive achievement of world-class Net Promoter Scores.
