A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Compensation and Benefits. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage staff involved in benefits and compensation, fostering a collaborative team culture Evaluate and enhance benefit programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness while managing renewals and open enrollment Direct the effectiveness of compensation programs, conducting market analyses and advising senior management on budget and strategy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field 10+ years of HR management experience, specifically in compensation and benefits Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred Proven experience working with benefit programs and managing teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and HRIS systems
