Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead and optimize the firm’s operational infrastructure during a critical phase of growth. This role will be instrumental in building scalable systems, enhancing cross-functional alignment, and ensuring institutional-grade operational standards across all business units. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, executional rigor, and deep familiarity with financial services or digital asset ecosystems.
