A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Quality Strategy & Operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Quality strategic plan aligned with business objectives Oversee the Quality department's budget and manage global Quality systems for compliance and efficiency Lead talent management initiatives, ensuring team engagement and alignment with strategic objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare, technology, or related industry Advanced analytic skills and understanding of drug development and regulatory processes Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering innovative business results Strong project management experience in a collaborative environment
