Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute revenue cycle strategy to optimize revenue and cash flow Establish and monitor KPIs, driving continuous improvement across revenue cycle operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations while enhancing patient financial experiences Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a turnaround or rapid-growth environment Experience with EHR and revenue cycle platforms preferred Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle functions and healthcare regulations Proven ability to manage multi-site revenue operations within a healthcare provider setting
