Senior Director of Technical Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with the VP of Technical Solutions to develop and execute divisional strategy and operating plans Establish and manage KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and operational dashboards across the Technical Solutions division Lead and mentor a team of operational and technical program management professionals while fostering a high-performance culture Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technical operations, IT management, or business operations in a B2B SaaS or cloud technology environment 5+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L or budget ownership responsibility Proven experience in designing and managing KPI frameworks and operational dashboards Strong financial acumen in budget planning and variance analysis Experience leading cross-functional programs in high-growth organizations
