Job Description
Senior Director, Sales & Marketing We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director of Sales & Marketing to lead business growth initiatives, strengthen market presence, and drive revenue performance across regional and global markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, strategic planning expertise, and extensive experience in sales management, marketing strategy, and business development. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company growth objectives. Lead and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams across multiple markets. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize business performance. Oversee branding, digital marketing, campaign execution, and customer acquisition initiatives. Drive revenue growth, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between business objectives and market strategies. Present business performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development leadership roles. Proven track record in revenue growth and team leadership. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities. Experience in international business or regional market operations is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
