Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to lead electrical construction estimating for power, telecom, and transportation projects. This role prepares detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals for complex commercial and infrastructure work. The Senior Estimator analyzes drawings, specs, and scopes; performs quantity takeoffs; solicits and evaluates subcontractor and vendor quotes; and develops competitive pricing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and field teams, helping ensure safe, profitable, and on‑schedule execution while supporting a culture focused on teamwork, safety, and client satisfaction.
