Job Description
Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to support our Construction department in the electrical construction industry. This role leads detailed estimates for power, telecom, and transportation projects, reviewing plans, specs, and RFQs to develop accurate cost models and proposals. The Senior Estimator collaborates with project management, engineering, and field teams to ensure constructability, competitiveness, and alignment with company margin goals. You will mentor junior estimators, support bid reviews, maintain vendor/subcontractor relationships, and uphold Sturgeon Electric’s culture of safety, teamwork, and client-focused excellence.
