Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex electrical construction bids within our Construction department. This role prepares detailed cost estimates for power, telecom, and transportation projects, analyzing drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure accurate labor, material, and equipment pricing. The Senior Estimator will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams, develop competitive proposals, assess risks, and support value engineering. You’ll help refine estimating processes while upholding our strong culture of safety, teamwork, and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent pursuits.
