Senior Engineering Estimator

Sturgeon Electric Company seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex electrical construction bids in power, telecom, and transportation markets. Reporting to the Construction department, this role prepares detailed cost estimates, reviews drawings and specs, performs quantity takeoffs, and solicits and analyzes subcontractor and vendor quotes. The Senior Estimator will develop bid strategies, support preconstruction budgeting, and collaborate closely with project management and engineering. Success in this role requires strong electrical construction knowledge, proficiency with estimating software, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety and client satisfaction.
