Sturgeon Electric Company is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Engineering & Design team in the construction industry. This role leads complex electrical estimates for power, telecom, and transportation projects, including quantity takeoffs, labor and material costing, and bid proposals. The Senior Estimator collaborates with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop competitive bids, assess risk, and support value engineering. You will mentor junior estimators, ensure alignment with safety and quality standards, and contribute to winning work in a teamwork-focused, client-driven environment.
