A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Data Engineering. Key Responsibilities Lead modernization of the company's data architecture and ensure data quality and pipeline robustness Act as a product owner, capturing the needs of various teams and managing the data engineering initiatives roadmap Grow and establish a collaborative culture within the data engineering team Required Qualifications Expertise in leading teams designing and operating cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake) Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow) Experience in implementing data quality frameworks and observability Proficient in SQL and Python for data transformations and analysis Experience in building and growing data engineering teams
